Our Story
Our company was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges and complications that arise when developing raw land.
Brendan Davis has experience in all aspects of land development. From Project planning and feasibility, to construction, and final closeout. He has worked as a land development project manager, responsible for developing over 3,500 new home sites across 40+ projects.
